Shipping Costs Free shipping on most products. Some items may have shipping costs calculated at checkout.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Delivery Times

• Standard: 3-5 business days from US warehouses
• Extended: 7-12 business days for items shipped from international warehouses when not available domestically

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order You will receive a tracking number via email within 24-48 hours of shipment. Contact us if tracking shows no movement for 72+ hours.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos or video of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Geographic Coverage We ship to all 50 United States including P.O. Boxes for applicable items.
