We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement.
Quality Issues, Defects, and Wrong Items
If you receive a product with quality issues, damage, or the wrong item, we will provide a full refund or replacement without requiring you to return the product. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at RootedSupplies@outlook.com with photos or video of the issue so we can evaluate and make it right.
Returns for Personal Reasons
We do not accept returns for personal reasons such as change of mind, wrong size ordered, or color preference. Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.

Exchanges

Refunds
