Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Custom or personalized products may require additional processing time up to 7-10 business days depending on supplier availability.
Processing time begins after payment confirmation and does not include shipping transit time. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times from the date of shipment:
United States Shipping:
- Standard Shipping: 2-7 business days from US warehouses
- Extended Shipping: 7-20 business days (items shipped from international warehouses when not available domestically)

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
- Product size, weight, and dimensions
- Destination location
- Supplier/warehouse location
- Current carrier rates
Multiple items may ship from different warehouses, which may result in separate shipments with individual tracking numbers.
Geographic Coverage
We ship to all 50 United States to standard residential and business addresses. P.O. Boxes are available for applicable items.
Tracking Your Order

- Tracking number(s) provided via email within 24-48 hours of shipment
- Multiple tracking numbers possible for orders shipping from different warehouses
- Track packages directly through carrier websites

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at RootedSupplies@outlook.com with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Please report damaged packages within 48 hours of delivery and keep all packaging materials until the issue is resolved.
Returns

Shipping Address
Customer Responsibility:
- Provide complete and accurate shipping addresses
- Include apartment, suite, or unit numbers when applicable

Note: Address changes may not be possible once orders enter fulfillment and may incur additional charges.
Delivery Confirmation
- Risk of loss transfers to customer upon delivery to the shipping address
- Delivery confirmation does not guarantee personal receipt
- Customers should check with neighbors or building management for missing packages
